Configuration Manager
Experience :
- More than 15 years IT experience of which at least 5 years proven experience in metrics analysis, Configuration management.
- Working experience with market proven ITSM tools (e.g. SNOW, HP tools)
Notice period
- Immediate Joiners.
SKILLS :
- Excellent tool knowledge on SNOW for configuration management area.
- Good understanding on IT Infra operation and on enterprise level IT infrastructure.

- Hyderabad
Cost to Company :
- 23 Lakhs per annumn
Major accountabilities include :
- Accountable for Data Quality Strategy, Governance and Organizational Design in TIS
- Accountable for TIS Data Quality Process Framework and its execution to ensure inconsistencies of data in SNOW are identified and addressed
- Accountable to drive usage of operational reports (consistency reports) for configuration management. Ensure reports are analyzed by Data Quality Team and effective, preventive actions taken to address inconsistent data.
