Skill Sets :

Hands on experience using C# Language
Experience in Desktop Application Development using WPF
Hands on experience using the debuggers, memory profilers, performance monitoring tools etc.
Hands on experience in using the configuration management tools such as TFS or DevOps
Good understanding of the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)

CONFIGURATION MANAGER

Configuration Manager

Experience :

More than 15 years IT experience of which at least 5 years proven experience in metrics analysis, Configuration management.
Working experience with market proven ITSM tools (e.g. SNOW, HP tools)

Notice period

Immediate Joiners.

SKILLS :

Excellent tool knowledge on SNOW for configuration management area.
Good understanding on IT Infra operation and on enterprise level IT infrastructure.

23 Lakhs per annumn

Major accountabilities include :

Accountable for Data Quality Strategy, Governance and Organizational Design in TIS
Accountable for TIS Data Quality Process Framework and its execution to ensure inconsistencies of data in SNOW are identified and addressed
Accountable to drive usage of operational reports (consistency reports) for configuration management. Ensure reports are analyzed by Data Quality Team and effective, preventive actions taken to address inconsistent data.
